About the Position

Sole Society strives to provide all customers with the highest level of service within the industry and our SOS team is on the front line.   We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, detail-oriented, energetic, loves to chat, and most of all has a desire to help our customers select the right products for them. If you are someone who is reliable with roll-up their sleeves attitude and love to help people- we want to meet you!

 

Job Description

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, chat, email on issues ranging from simple to complex
  • Process orders and returns
  • Troubleshoot technical and billing issues for customers
  • Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
  • Provide product recommendations and style advice when needed
  • Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations
  • Communicate with Team Leads and/or Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues
  • Suggest improvements that enhance company communications (i.e. FAQ's, website)
  • Assist with various projects

 

Qualifications

  • Have an interest in fashion
  • Prior customer service experience in retail or related fields
  • Punctual and consistent attendance are required
  • Open availability required
  • Must be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service oriented and solution focused
  • Typing Speed minimum 50 wpm
  • Experience with Magento, Zendesk, telephone and chat support experience is a plus

Work Hours

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • Full-Time hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Part-Time hours are < 29 hours per week
  • You must be available to work between 6:45AM and 5PM Monday- Friday
